BOARDING SCHOOL EXPO

Founded by Excellence in Education, the Boarding School Expo Warsaw has evolved from a pioneering idea into the most prestigious international education fair in Poland.

2023: 37 visionary schools from around the world joined the first edition.
2024: 58 exhibitors and over 400 qualified families attended.
2025: focusing on quality over quantity — only 40 carefully selected schools had the opportunity to present their offer to Poland’s most discerning families.

This limited format guarantees visibility, exclusivity, and direct access to decision-makers.

Event organizer

Founded in 2013, Excellence in Education, is the first agency in Poland that specialize in boarding school recruitment. Excellence in Education helps parents and students to choose the right boarding school.

As a trusted educational advisor EIE can help your school to gain marketing goals that are not available by standard advertising methods in the Polish market.

I have been working in the study abroad industry since 2010. I am a British Boarding School Network approved agent, an ICEF Trained Agent Counsellor and the first British Council fully certified agent in Poland. In the past few years I have given presentations about international education at events at the invitation of the British Embassy in Warsaw and several private schools in Poland.

A separate event dedicated to Swiss schools will take place during the academic year.
Swiss schools are, however, welcome to participate in the Boarding School Expo Warsaw, where they will be featured within the European section.
This edition’s promotion will be primarily focused on schools from the UK, US, EU, and Canada.

The 2026 edition will follow a proven and effective two-day format:

Friday – Conference and Oxford-style Debate
Saturday – Boarding School Fair

We believe that a one-day fair format is both more fruitful and cost-effective, as confirmed by the success of our 2023 and 2024 editions.
