Event Format

The event begins with a welcome drinks, allowing for informal introductions in a relaxed and elegant setting. This is followed by a welcome speech by Basia Salamon, Founder and Managing Director of Excellence in Education, welcoming both invited families and participating schools and officially opening the gathering.

Guests are then invited to attend a moderated discussion panel featuring Swiss boarding school alumni and current parents, offering first-hand perspectives on Swiss boarding education and long-term educational pathways.

The event continues with a high-end buffet brunch, during which schools have time for unhurried, meaningful conversations with parents in an elegant and discreet setting. Catering is provided at the highest level, in line with the standards of Hotel Bristol and the premium character of the event.

About the Event

Swiss Education Excellence Brunch is a highly curated, invitation-only event designed for a very limited number of Swiss boarding schools seeking meaningful, high-quality relationships with Polish families.

This is not a fair, not a showcase, and not a mass-market event.

It is a private, discreet brunch bringing together:

  • 9 Swiss schools only

  • 25–30 affluent Polish families

  • all pre-qualified, already in our advisory pipeline or personally recommended by existing clients

Families attend by personal invitation only.

Participation Details

Participation fee:

  • EUR 3,800 — Early Bird (registration and full payment by 31 January 2026)

  • EUR 4,500 — standard fee (after 31 January 2026)

The fee includes:

  • participation for one school

  • access to all invited families

  • personal introductions facilitated by the organizer

  • post-event follow-up support

Availability:

  • strictly limited to 9 schools

  • participation confirmed only after full payment

  • school selection curated to ensure strategic balance and avoid direct overlap
